The 16th was a rest day due to my 5.5 mile run the day before with Maidstone Harriers. Today I only did a little training as I have a wedding which means I will be on my feet for most of the day.
The same applies tomorrow where I will do no training as I have a wedding in London so out for most of the day and night. I will be on my feet though and no doubt be walking for 5-8 miles each day...
